Gluten-Free Menu Swap – mushrooms
This week’s menu plan is being hosted by Wendy over at Celiacs in the House and tasty mushrooms are on the menu. I don’t actually have them penciled into my menu, but it is to be assumed that there will be mushrooms on our salad, in our stir-fry and in our spaghetti sauce.
We also have a Japanese student staying with us for the next 2 weeks, who just arrived yesterday. With that in mind, I have planned a menu with some classics as well as some food that she’s use to having.
DINNER:
- “Christmas” dinner (my fiance’s parents are going away for the holidays)
- Prawn stir-fry
- Spaghetti & garlic bread
- Quiche and salad
- Pancakes
- Roast Chicken with all of the fixin’s (This will be our tree decorating day)
Don’t forget to head over to Celiacs in the House for more menu plans!
